Initial organisation 1962:

• 24th Missile Regiment (Taybola, Murmansk Oblast) with R-14 missiles

• 303rd Missile Regiment (Kingisepp, Leningrad Oblast) with R-12 missiles

• 647th Missile Regiment (Ostrov, Pskov Oblast) with R-12 missiles

In 1983 the 303rd Missile Regiment was disbanded.

In 1984 the 24th Missile Regiment was transferred to Kansk, while two regiments was added from the 23rd Guards Missile Division in 1982.

Organisation 1983:

• 30th Guards Missile Regiment (Aluksne, Latvia) with R-12 missiles

• 305th Guards Missile Regiment (Vyry, Estonia) with R-12 missiles

• 647th Missile Regiment (Ostrov, Pskov Oblast) with R-12 missiles

The division and the remaining regiments were disbanded in 1989.
