10.3.61 renamed 9th independent Missile Corps, now at Khabarovsk, Khabarovsk Kray.

• 27th Missile Division (Svobodnyy, Amur Oblast)

• 45th Missile Division (Ussuryisk, Primorsky Krai)

• 60th Missile Division (Birobidzhan, Yevreyskaya Avtonomnaya Oblast)

The 60th Missile Division was transferred to the 5th independent Missile Corps in 1964, while the 81st Missile Regiment became independent.
