Never operational with the R-16 missile, and controlled no BSP site.

From 6.61 attached to the 39th Guards Missile Division.

1.10.65 transferred to Uzhur, Krasnoyarsk Kray, under the 62nd Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 5.11.66 with 6 R-36 (8K67) (SS-9) silos in area BRK-1.

The regiment stood down in 1975, and converted to the R-36M (SS-18) - alert duty from 20.12.75, now with 10 silos.

The regiment stood down in 1989 and converted to the R-36M2 - alert duty from 1989.
