In May 1944 I./FJR.14 was renamed III./FJR.15, and a new I./FJR.14 had to be formed.

The regiment was attached to the Panzer-Lehr Division during the fighting in Normandy, and was destroyed there.

Reformed 11.44 in the Den Haag-Amsterdam area
