The regiment went on alert duty 29.10.67 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-1.
The regiment stood down in 1975, and converted to the UR-100N (SS-19) missile - alert duty from 15.12.75.
The regiment stood down in 1981, and converted to the UR-100NU (SS-19) missile - alert duty from 10.6.82.
Honoured with the name "Bryanskiy" in 1999.
