Activated 3.64 in Drovyanaya, Chitinskaya Oblast, under the 4th Missile Division.

The regiment controlled site BSP-12 with 3 R-16U silos - alert duty from 5.4.65.

1.12.66 took over BSP-31 with two R-16 pads.

1968 with:

• BSP-12 with 3 R-16 silos
• BSP-31 with 2 R-16 pads

5.10.76 the three silos and two pads went off alert duty.

The regiment went on alert duty 6.11.78 with 9 RSD-10 Pioner-K (15P645K) (SS-20) missiles.

The regiment stood down in 8.11.88, and was disbanded 1989.

US designation 1964-1976: Drovyanaya ICBM complex (Launch site F, later launch site 6). Type IIIA silos.
