Activated 1966 in Bershet, Perm Oblast, under the 52nd Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 29.12.66 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-2.

The regiment stood down in 1974, and began conversion to the UR-100K missile - alert duty from 1974.

Disbanded 1.8.93.
