Activated 30.7.69 at Khmelnitskiy, Khmelnitskiy Oblast, under the 19th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 1.71 with 10 UR-100 (8K84) silos at site BRK-2.

Converted to the UR-100U (15A20U) and went on alert duty 10.75.

Converted to the UR-100NU (15A35) and went on alert duty 6.11.79 (limited alert duty from 9.79).

The missiles were removed between April and June 1995, and the regiment officially stood down in September 1995.

Disbanded 1.7.97.
