Activated 6.60 in Drovyanaya, Chitinskaya Oblast, under the 119th Missile Brigade, from 5.61 the 4th Missile Division.

Did not operate any R-16 (SS-7) sites, and remained inactive to 1965.

In 1965 transferred to Olovyannaya, Irkutsk Oblast, under the 47th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 28.12.66 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-4.

The regiment converted to the UR-100K in 1974 - alert duty from 18.11.74.

Disbanded 1992.
