Activated 6.60 in Drovyanaya, Chitinskaya Oblast, under the 119th Missile Brigade, from 5.61 the 4th Missile Division.

Did not operate any R-16 (SS-7) sites, and remained inactive to 1966.

The regiment went on alert duty 24.11.66 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-1.

The regiment stood down in 1972 and converted to the UR-100K - alert duty from 20.7.73.

Disbanded 1993.
