Activated 1.8.60 at Yarmolintsy, Khmelnitskiy Oblast, under the 19th Missile Division.

The regiment consisted of two battalions with each 4 R-12 (SS-4) pads.

The two battalions went on alert duty in late 1961 (four R-12 pads).

The two battalions stood down in 1969, and began conversion to the UR-100 (SS-11) missile.

The regiment went on alert duty 3.71 with 10 UR-100 (8K84M) silos at site BRK-4.

Converted to the UR-100N (SS-19) missile in 1975/1976, and the UR-100NU (SS-19 mod. 3) in 1979/1980.

The missiles were removed between March and June 1995, and the regiment officially stood down in June 1995.

Disbanded 1.7.97.

US designation 1960-1969: Kamenets-Podolskiy MRBM complex (Kamenets-Podolskiy and Dunayevtsy launch sites). Type II (pad) sites.

US designation 1971 - 1995: Derazhnya ICBM complex (Launch Group E). Type IIID silos.

Two alternative fixed field sites for the pad launchers, were set up at Yarmolintsy (49 12 13N, 26 46 58E) and Vinkovtsy (48 56 13N, 27 11 30E). The Vinkovtsy site was still active by 1967.
