Activated 9.7.60 at Vypolzovo, Tver Oblast, under the 7th Missile Brigade, and from 5.61 the 7th Guards Missile Division.
The regiment went on alert duty 11.2.63, with 2 R-16 (SS-7) pads at site BSP-12.
1963 with 3 battalions at three sites:
1st Battalion - BSP-1 with 3 R-16 silos - alert duty from 11.63 (estimate)
2nd Battalion - BSP-11 with 2 R-16 pads - alert duty from 5.63 (estimate)
3rd Battalion - BSP-12 with 2 R-16 pads - alert duty from 11.2.63
In March 1964 all battalions were upgraded to regiments:
1st Battalion became 753rd Missile Regiment with 3 R-16 silos (site BSP-1)
2nd Battalion became 526th Missile Regiment with 2 R-16 pads (site BSP-11)
3rd Battalion remained as the 41st Missile Regiment, now with 2 R-16 pads (site BSP-12)
In 1969 the regiment stood down, and the BSP-12 site was transferred to the 753rd Missile Regiment.
The regiment went on alert duty 24.11.70 at site BRK-12, with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos.
Converted to the MR-UR-100U (15P016) (SS-17) missile in 1979 - alert duty from 19.11.79 with 10 silos.
The regiment stood down in 1993, and began conversion to the RT-2PM (15P158) (SS-25) missile - alert duty from 30.12.94 with 9 missiles (missiles from the 306th Missile Regiment arriving from Belorussia).

US designation 1970-1993: Yedrovo ICBM complex (Launch Group T). Type IIID silos.
