The regiment stood down in 1977, and converted to the UR-100N (SS-19) missile - alert duty from 2.78.

The regiment stood down in 1982, and converted to the UR-100NU (SS-19) missile - alert duty from 1982.

Named Kaluzhskiy from 15.9.99.

2016 began conversion to the 9P165M (RS-24 Yars, silo version), but conversion was still in progress 2018, with two silos on alert duty.
