• 1st AE (MiG-17P) transferred to the 787th Fighter Aviation Regiment - replaced with a new 1st AE (Yak-25M)

• 3rd AE (MiG-17F) transferred to the 19th Guards Fighter-Bomber Aviation Regiment - replaced with a new 3rd AE (MiG-17F)

In 1965 all Yak-25M crews left for the 35th Fighter Aviation Regiment, in exchange for several MiG-21PF crews from the same unit.
