20.2.49 (directive 10.1.49) renamed 98th Guards Fighter Aviation Division PVO.

In 6.49 the 32nd Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment was transferred to the 15th Guards Fighter Aviation Division, and was replaced by the 28th Fighter Aviation Regiment.
