In 9.45 the 126th Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO joined the division as the 4th regiment.

In 12.45 the 441st Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO joined the division.

In 3.46 the 959th and the 960th Fighter Aviation Regiments PVO were disbanded.

In 9.48 the 722nd Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO was replaced by the 137th Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO, and the 441st Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO was detached to the 3rd Guards Fighter Aviation Division PVO.

In 1950 the 57th Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO joined the division.

In 10.50 the 57th Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO was transferred to the new 20th Fighter Aviation Division PVO.

In 1953 the 191st Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO joined the division.
