Activated 1.8.60 at Yarmolintsy, Khmelnitskiy Oblast, under the 19th Missile Division.

Organisation:

The two battalions stood down in 1969, and began conversion to the UR-100 (SS-11) missile.

The regiment went on alert duty 3.71 with 10 UR-100 (8K84M) silos in area BRK-4.

Converted to the UR-100N (15A30) (SS-19) missile and went on alert duty 10.76.

Converted to the UR-100NU (15A35) missile and went on alert duty in 1985.

The missiles were removed between March and June 1995, and the regiment officially stood down in June 1995.

Disbanded 1.7.97.

Two alternative fixed field sites for the pad launchers, were set up at Yarmolintsy (49 12 13N, 26 46 58E) and Vinkovtsy (48 56 13N, 27 11 30E). The Vinkovtsy site was still active by 1967.
