In 5.62 the 33rd independent Tank Battalion was activated.

11.1.65 renamed 93rd Guards Motorised Rifle Division.

In 1968 the 108th independent Guards Sapper Battalion was renamed 108th independent Guards Engineer-Sapper Battalion, while the 456th independent Anti-Tank Artillery Battalion was activated.

In 1972 the 90 independent Chemical Defence Company was renamed 133rd independent Chemical Defence Battalion.

In 1980 the 3rd independent Motor Transport Battalion was renamed 1119th independent Material Supply Battalion, and the 712th independent Guards Reactive Artillery Battery was absorbed by the Artillery Regiment.

In 6.90 the 5th Guards Motorised Rifle Regiment was replaced by the 96th Motorised Rifle Regiment.

In 1.91 the 1098th Anti-Aircraft Missile Regiment was transferred to the 201st Motorised Rifle Division.
