Activated 6.60 in Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Kray, under the 211th Missile Brigade, and from 5.61 the 36th Guards Missile Division.

1962 with 2 battalions at two sites:

• 1st Battalion with 3 R-16 silos (possibly BSP-12) - launch site abandoned 1963

• 2nd Battalion with 3 R-16 silos (possibly BSP-13) - launch site abandoned 1963

The two silos sites were abandoned about 50% complete in 1963.

The regiment went on alert duty 24.11.66 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-1.

The regiment stood down 1973, and began conversion to the UR-100K missile - alert duty from 26.8.74.

Disbanded 1990.
