Activated 6.60 in Yasnaya (Olovyannaya), Chita Oblast, under the 124th Missile Brigade, and from 5.61 the 47th Missile Division.

The regiment controlled no site, and no R-16 missiles.

The regiment went on alert duty 2.12.66 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-1.

The regiment stood down in 1972, and converted to he UR-100K missile - alert duty from 5.12.73.

Disbanded 1992.
