Activated 23.4.66 in Tatischevo, Saratov Oblast, under the 60th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 1967 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-6.

The regiment stood down 1977, and began conversion to the UR-100N (SS-19) missile - alert duty from 1977.

Converted to the UR-100NU (SS-19) missile in 1985.

The regiment stood down in 1997, and began conversion to the RT-2PM2 Topol-M2 (SS-27) missile - alert duty from 10.12.99 with 10 silos.

US designation: Tatischevo ICBM complex (Launch Group F). Type IIID silos.
