Activated 1.6.66 in Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Kray, under the 36th Guards Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 1970 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-6.

The regiment stood down 1976, and began conversion to the UR-100K missile - alert duty from 1976.

The regiment stood down in 1989, and began conversion to the RT-23UTTKh (SS-24) rail-mobile missile - alert duty from 12.3.91 with 3 missile trains.

The regiment stood down 2002, and was disbanded 2004.
