Activated 1966 in Yasnaya (Olovyannaya), Chita Oblast, under the 47th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 20.8.68 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-9.

The regiment stood down in 1972, and converted to the UR-100K missile - alert duty from 31.12.73.

Disbanded 1992.
