Activated 1966 in Krasnoyarsk, Krasnoyarsk Kray, under the 36th Guards Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 1968 with 10 UR-100 (SS-11) silos at site BRK-4.

The regiment stood down 1975, and began conversion to the UR-100K missile - alert duty from 1975.

Disbanded 1994.
