Activated 12.66 in Yoshkar-Ola, Mari El Republic, under the 14th Missile Division.

The regiment went on alert duty 1.8.70 with 10 RT-2 (SS-13) silos at site BRK-2.

The regiment stood down 1976, and converted to the RT-2P missile - alert duty from 8.10.77.

Disbanded 1993.
