Activated 3.64 in Yoshkar-Ola, Mari El Republic, under the 14th Missile Division.
The regiment controlled the BSP-22 site with 2 R-16 pads (alert duty from 2.1.64).
In 1968 the BSP-22 sites were transferred to the 000 Missile Regiment.
The regiment went on alert duty 1.2.72 with 10 RT-2 (SS-13) silos at site BRK-5.
The regiment stood down 1979, and converted to the RT-2P missile - alert duty from 4.11.80.
Disbanded 1990.
