Activated 1967 in Olenegorsk, Murmansk Oblast.

Consists of complex RO-1 (Early Warning-1) with one 5N15M Dnestr-M (NATO: dual Hen House) radar, and later one 5U83 Daugava radar (receiver).

Contruction of the 5N15M radar began in the spring of 1964, but was soon stopped due to the development phase of the 5N15M radar. Construction would continue from 1965.

• 5N15M radar (68 06 49N, 33 54 39E) - official tests completed 3.70, and entered service in 1971 - from 1978 functions as a transmitter to the 5U83 Daugava receiver - still in use today

• 5U83 radar (receiver) (68 07 00N, 33 55 11E) - construction began 1973/74 - accepted into service 19.7.78 - still in use

• Support area (68 06 27N, 33 55 39E)
