8.60 the independent Sea Radio-Technical Battalion for Special Operations was renamed the 17th Sea Reconaissance Radio-Technical Force.

9.5.65 renamed 17th Sea Reconaissance Radio-Technical Force for Special Operations.

13.2.71 the 17th Sea Reconaissance Radio-Technical Force for Special Operations and the 000 independent Reconnaissance Ship Battalion was united as the 144th Reconnaissance Ship Brigade.
