• 52nd Guards Instructor Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment (Shaikovka, Kaluga Oblast) with Tu-22M3

• 251st Guards Instructor Heavy Bomber Aviation Regiment (Belaya Tserkov, Kiev Oblast) with Tu-16K

1990 took over the Kansk School of Aviation Radio-Operators.

The 652nd Training Aviation Regiment and the 750th Training Aviation Regiment were attached to the center 1992 to 1998.

1.12.09 united with the 203rd Guards Aviation Regiment of Tanker Aircraft and renamed 43rd Guards Orlovskiy Center for Combat Employment and Retraining of Personnel DA.
