• 738th Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO
• 934th Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO
• 1008th Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO

In 2.46 the 1008th Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO was disbanded, and was replaced by the 631st Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO.

In 6.46 the 631st and 934th Fighter Aviation Regiments PVO were disbanded, and were replaced by the 268th and 933rd Fighter Aviation Regiments PVO.

27.11.47 renamed 155th Fighter Aviation Division PVO.

• 738th Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO (Zaporoshye-Mokroe, Zaporoshye Oblast) with Yak-15
• 933rd Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO (Dnepropetrovsk-Kaydaki, Dnepropetrovsk Oblast) with Yak-15

In 1956 the 96th Guards Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO joined the division, but was disbanded 1958.

• 268th Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO (Stalino, Stalino Oblast) with MiG-17
• 738th Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO (Zaporoshye-Mokroe, Zaporoshye Oblast) with MiG-17 and Yak-25M
• 933rd Fighter Aviation Regiment PVO (Dnepropetrovsk-Kaydaki, Dnepropetrovsk Oblast) with MiG-17 and MiG-19
